Leamington Municipal Building

Due to a steady growth in population since early 2000, Leamington’s administration realized that an upgrade to their outdated and under-sized location was a necessity. The existing facility had an area of 18,000 sf. The new facility needed to be approximately 36,000 sf in order to meet all the programmatic needs of the users. In response to these new programs, a central link was designed as an active public space and organizing spine for the different functions of the new building.
